psychological reversal ?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #10222 of 10616 |
Hi all,

I re-discovered EFT a couple of days ago after I gave up on it many
years ago and like many years ago, I dont know how to make it work for
me, I bought a book called Adventures in EFT, it is frustating because
the book as many example of successful healing.

I think that I might have psychological reversal, according to that page
http://www.emofree.com/articles/psychological-reversal.htm I can work
the problem by "rubbing the "sore spot" or karate chop (KC) point
during the setup will usually (but not always) take care of it,
allowing EFT to work"

But it doesnt seems to work, do I have to do it over and over again
and saying the setup affirmation in same time?

I have some of the concerns from that list
http://theamt.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=284

"I have felt this way a long time and do not know what it will be like
to be without this emotion. It will be like losing an important part
of myself or of my life.
(We have become attached or addicted to feeling this way.)
Possible emotions:
a. Fear of unknown.
b. Fear of being different than I am.
c. Fear of not being acceptable to others if I am different."

Do I have to work them with EFT rounds or by rubbing the sore spot or KC?

Are the beliefs that Im not worthy and do not deserve to heal PR too?

Helps and suggestions will be very appreciated,

Thanks,
Cognac
