Hey,

Am new here, but i'm a bit confused about what the Meridian points in
the sore spot are, the one on the chest that's rubbed or tapped when
working on PR's

Hi Bart, The "sore spot" - so called because it sometimes is - is what's known in Kinesiology as a neuro-lymphatic reflex point, and isn't directly connected...
