The Healing Codes   Message List

I posted the following to a different list a while back in response to
Bob's inquiry regarding whether EFT and The Healing Codes had any
differeces. I would still recommend, because the sytem is proprietary,
that readers ask their questions directly of Dr. Loyd at his Wednesday
night seminar. He is very accessible. You can register for the
seminar at the following link: www.thehealingcode.com/inthelight.

Rich

Hi, Bob. Let me start with the necessary acknowledgment that I am an
affiliate of The Healing Codes, and further, that I have been a
certified "coach" with that organization in its present and previous
forms for several years. Dr. Loyd's Healing Codes organization sells
a "package" to which you referred and includes as part of that package
a limited amount of coaching for specific issues. Part of Dr. Loyd's
background does include training in meridian balancing modalities such
as Thought Field Therapy, and by extension, Emotional Freedom Techniques.

The Healing Codes is my preferred, but not exclusive, intervention
modality. My introduction to "energy" interventions began about 8 or
9 years ago with training in Thought Field Therapy which I practiced
for some time and still do from time to time. I then explored EFT and
used it regularly because the basics of it could be so easily taught
to clients allowing them to heal themselves with minimal therapist
dependence and with virtually no cost to them. I am also a certified
practitioner of EmoTrance, am a level II Reiki Tummo practioner, have
EMDR level I training and have practiced variants of that as well.
Additionally, I've exposed myself experientially to many, many other
"alternative" modalities.

All that having been said, let me now respond to your question. The
Healing Codes is not a variant of EFT in the manner in which it is
practiced nor in the underlying theoretical beliefs, although one of
the outcomes of THC is a balancing of meridians around issues and
relatively enduring heart rate variability improvement indicating
reduced stress. I have observed with sophisticated instrumentation
(Bio-Pulsar, http://www.biopulsar.com/about_cec.htm ) changes in
energy levels in different organs and chakras and in the body's
overall energy field. And there are many testimonials on the wide
variety of problems that peaple have rid themselves of using the
Healing Codes.

In practice, rather than tapping on meridian points as is done in
EFT, the client points the energy emitted from his finger-tip chakras
at selected "healing centers" in specified patterns. The Healing
Codes Program or Package is analogous to EFT (in the sense that EFT
is a "generic" version of TFT) . The Healing Codes program provides
different pre-established patterns of energy flows covering twelve
categories which include inhibiting factors such as "unforgiveness
issues," or virtues to be instilled such as "Love", "Humility", etc.
Each of the virtue categories is associated with clusters of things
that all tend to group together such as 1) certain unhealthy or false
beliefs, 2)certain negative emotions, and 3) certain
physical/physiological systems and their related malfunctions or
illnesses. The energetic intervention patterns are specific to each
of the twelve categories but can be thought of as generic in the
manner that EFT uses a master algorithm. The THC interventions are
very useful, and once a person has purchased the Healing Codes package
can be used to great benefit the rest of his/her life. The package
provides instruction in different media and includes helpful weekly
live teleconference forums in which users may share experiences and
ask questions of Dr. Loyd. In contrast, "coaching" from the
perspective of the Healing Codes provides relatively precise energy
intervention patterns and can be seen, in this sense, as analogous to
Thought Field Therapy--the coach determines diagnostically a pattern
of energy interventions that are unique and specific, and therefore
more efficient, to the issue the client is dealing with.

At the risk of oversimplifying EFT is thought to balance the flow of
energy in the meridians, to break up blockages resulting from various
unresolved life events. From the point of view of the Healing Codes,
unresolved life events take the form of energy frequencies at the
cellular level and can create vulnerabilities to illness if left
unresolved. The Healing Codes interventions are thought to provide a
unique set of complex frequencies that zero out the original
frequencies in a manner analogous to noise cancelling headphones.
This releases the body's innate healing mechanisms which often has a
dramatic impact on physical symptoms.

Beyond this gross simplification I'd prefer to leave it to Dr. Loyd to
explain further. You can learn more about the Healing Codes by tuning
into a weekly Wednesday night teleseminar which is free and places you
under no obligation. The teleseminar includes the opportunity to ask
questions directly of Dr. Loyd live. You can also submit questions to
him in advance and he typically will answer the most frequently asked
questions before opening the mike to callers. You can register for
the teleseminar at http://www.thehealingcode.com/inthelight. I hope
my response has shed some light on your question.
