The Healing Codes would be considered an energy psychology method.
Comparing it to EFT is like comparing apples to oranges, they are completely
different yet they are both fruit. The process is much more involved than
EFT with an emphasis on cellular memory. It some ways it is a slower, more
involved process than EFT because you have to personally dig through the
layers of your issues, but I have found it more effective for me than EFT.
It helped me tremendously with depression. And, according to some of the
testimonies exceeds the benefits that others have found with EFT. The
Healing Codes is based upon Dr. Bruce Lipton's research and work
(www.brucelipton.com <http://www.brucelipton.com/> ). I enjoy using the
Healing Codes, but find it difficult to stick with on a daily basis because
of the complexity of the process and my busy lifestyle. I feel that if you
have chronic physical symptoms you have to stick with it long enough for the
symptoms to go away which can take months and months and months. I'm
currently looking at Psych-K as an option which might be quicker and less
cumbersome than the Healing Codes and hopefully just as effective. Psych-K
is also based upon Dr. Lipton's work (www.psych-k.com
<http://www.psych-k.com/> ), but at this time I do not know much about it.

I wonder how these healing codes differ from Energy Psychology or any
methods or protocols such as The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or Tapas

I purchased Dr. Loyd's Healing Codes earlier this year. At the time it was
only $500. I use the codes occasionally, but my sister who has MS uses them
daily. The Healing Codes address physical and emotional health by
re-patterning cellular memory. I find it to be extremely helpful for
stress, clearing belief systems, but haven't used them consistently to
witness significant improvements. While it has not helped my sister's
ability to walk, it has definitely improved her outlook on life
tremendously
