The Whole Brain Posture Technique
Sit in a chair, cross your feet at your ankles and cross your hands in front of
you at the wrists, entwining your fingers upside down. Close your eyes, breathe
deeply and stay in that position, with your hands entwined resting on your
abdomen or, still entwined, turned in and up and resting on your chest, until
you feel better. The Whole Brain Posture will keep you from flying apart
emotionally. (If you have chosen a statement, you say it over and over until
you notice that you cannot concentrate on it any longer, then stop.)
Jill Podjasek's book has a section that explains Psych-K, Applied Kinesiology,
and The Whole Brain Posture - complete with diagrams.
The Ten Habits of Naturally Slim People, 1997 by Jill H. Podjasek, M.S., R.N.,
with Jennifer Carney (ISBN 0-8092-2953-6).
Blessings,
Janie

Subject: [MET] whole brain posture
Hello,
Has anyone ever heard of "whole brain posture"? I found a
reference to this form of installing positive affirmations. However,
I
can not find any information on it.
Thanks
