Dear all;
I see that the government has dropped the term 'dangerous and
severe personality disorder' from it's draft mental health bill. I'm
confused as to the government's present position regarding the possible
detention of some people with personality disorders who haven't committed a
crime. What's the most up to date summary of the proposals ( articles etc. I
already have a copy of the bill ) ? Will they still have an effect upon
people with severe personality disorders ? In what exact way does the bill
modify upon the white paper ?
