This network was created under the project “Bridge for reaching the forgotten smiles. Strengthening the Turkish – Romanian civil society dialogue", initiative supported by the European Commission, under the “Small Projects Programme in Turkey: Strengthening Civil Society Dialogue”, Europaid/121916/C/G/TR.

The project is the fruit of a strong partnership between the International Blue Crescent Relief and Development Foundation (IBC Turkey), Estuar Foundation (Romania) and Esperando Association (Romania).

This e-group will facilitate the dialogue between its subscribed members and will constitute a resources dissemination platform, all kind of information in the field being easily possible to be posted online and reach its members: institutions / organizations / individuals working in the field of / for the mentally challenged / disabled people.
