It's been very silent here lately, so I just thought I would chime
in and see how everyone was doing?
I was just wondering about calorie intake - I saw my therapist last
night, and she seems to think that I am worse, although I think I am
better - I mean, as far as I am concerned, I am always eating. Just
out of curiosity, how many calories do some of you take in? I still
have been losing, but not as quickly as before. I think that's a
step in the right direction...
I just had a General Foods International Coffee (sugar free), and I
really enjoyed it. Only 30 calories, and it really pushes away any
hunger. Although, I don't know about a lot of you guys, but I never
really get that hungry - I mean, I really don't. After so many
months of not eating, maybe this is a result, that our bodies get
used to it? I remember times when I would eat tons, and now it is
so different.
