hello all-
I'm 45 years old and based on my blood work with my gyn doc, I'm in the
perimenopause
stage!!! And unlike my girl friends and my mom, hosts of Aunts and female
cousins, I
seemed to be blessed with getting to experience every sympton-Yippee!, right
now, I'm
crying, tearey over evertyhing. I am attempting to comfort myself that this is
normal stage of
life-another transition. Working out and eating right is no longer a option
because I simply
want to "look good"-they have become my life/health tools for coping with this
stage. Dr.
Pamela Peeke's books are a lifesaver. I feel so isolated at times; I'm grateful
for this outlet
