Wow!
It has been a long time since you posted here.
Its nice to hear from you again :)
That is great that you got your retreat going. Last I heard you were working on it.
 
If you want this list to come your hotmail acct you will have to subscribe with your hotmail address
At the bottom of this email you will be able to do that.
 
I have been so lucky so far with my menopause. My bone loss has reversed due to the extra supplements I am now on.
So all is great :) No hot flashes or mood swings.........all is well with the world.

Well I am still on the journey of Menopause, it will be 10 months now with no period. My first long stretch was 8 months.
It is a glorious journey. I have started a women's day retreat here at Tierra de Suenos and hope to have more next spring.      www.riverdesert.spaces.live.com
