i am 43 and think i am premenopause oldest of 3 girls and mother never
went thru it she had hystercomy at 35 or so i have trouble sleeping,
moody, light headness, jumpy leggs like they dont want to settle down
at night iregular periods that used to be like clock work now come
whenever and last from 5 to 3 days i am not on nothing becuase i am not
for sure if i am premenopause??? help am i
