I rencently had a complete hysterectomy and was thrown into full blown
menopause. The doctor put me on estrogen. I am going on 7 week
recovery. I don't have the hot flashes like I did at the beginning, but
I still have a lot of cyring jags and get real moody. Also I've been
experiencing side effects from the estrogen that concerns me. Has
anyone out there tried a natural method and its been successful? Help!
