Are you thinking of using HRT?
They gave me to many side effects. I gained weight and hurt all over.........it was not worth it.
I now use natural phytoestrogens.
Here is what I use and have been using for over 2 years now
I felt a big difference in the first 30 days!
I am now 50 and have no menopause symptoms at all because I am taking both of the above products. They really work great!

that are just so bad, I just am at my wits end, they are just taking
