You are young like i was when i got my hysterectomy.
prescription hormone replacement has to many side effects like stroke, breast cancer, heart disease,uterin cancer. I would stay away from them if I were you............and i was you once. I tried many prescription HRT and had such bad side effects from them that I had to find an alternative.......which I did.
Here is what I take now.
Its called Rejuvenate For Women. Its phyto estrogens...estrogens from plants. Its wonderful! Here is the website for it.
Have probably have not started experiencing the menopause symptoms yet......that will start in a couple of months once you use up what estrogen you have in your system.........that is why i suggest you get on Rejuvenate for women as soon as you can.
I also use the Rejuvenate Progesterone Cream which helps the symptoms and helps to build bone mass back and or keep you from lossing bone mass.
Both of the above products must be taken every day with out fail or they will not do you any good.
