sorry I haven't replied sooner. As far as the hot flashes are for me I only have them on my face and neck. Hopefully they won't be any worse than that. But I don't have a clue as for my family background everyone on my mother's side that is old enough to go through it has had their overies removed or they have passed on. So I have no one to talk to just to get an idea when I might start memopause. hopefully I'm doing it now and get it over with. As for a dose of Prozac, that is some good stuff I hear but I won;t take any thing like that. so I just have to find other things that relaxe me. I usally do a lot of crocheting or computer games when I have a chance.; It keeps me from loosing my mind..(so far it helps). As for typing my fingers don't want to work for me................LOL. I think that is just me typing too fast..... You have a good day and HAPPY
