I know exactly what you are going through.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Iam 25 years old and had a full hysto about 9 months ago. My doctor took me off of the hormone shot after trying the patch that would not absorb. I finally broke down and gave myself a shot about 3 weeks ago. It is like a relief when I get the shot. My endo was coming back from the HRT. Life is h*ll without hormones and my face breaks out bad now too. I will get through it I guess god does'nt give us no more than we can handle.(so they say) I want to believe that.

Very hot feet too, so bad I don't sleep very well at night but since

out there in the same boat post HRT or if you have had terrible
symptoms how long before they subsided? Although I worry about the
effects of long term usage of HRT I am getting desperate for some
relief from how I feel. Any comments or further advice or remedies
that have worked would be welcome. Thank you.
