Re: [menopausal] help

Hi, read your post on menopause.  I went through similar symptoms. I still have uterus and ovaries but after 4 years out in menopause, I started waking up at 3 a.m. with sweats and a horrible feeling of doom and panic. I started having anxiety really bad with horrible mood swings. I tried every natural remedy known to man. I did use natural progesterone cream which did help somewhat. But still had horrible depression, anxiety, anger, mood swings.  My hormones were a mess. I tried a product called Indium energy. It is a trace mineral that you cannot get through diet.  It is sold on the internet, just type in Indium energy. After three days on this my energy and moods improved a lot.  It really does help.  Also I am on a product called "Thera-stress". This is combination of three herbs from Russian. Anyway they have a normalizing effect on hormones and cause you to be less tressed. Just half a dropper full once in the morning. No side effects.  So those two products helped me the most out of ALL the natural herbs, vitramins, etc. that I tried. Hope this helps.  You have a major hormone inbalance which will just get worse unless you act on it now. Believe me I know. I was out of work for 3 months until I figured all this out. It also helps to go on a natural vegetarian diet and eat as much raw food as possible. No junk, pop, coffee, etc.  take care and good luck.
