Re: [menopausal] help

Hello,

It might pay you to go to your doctor, since you seem
to have so many problems...the most disturbing being
the violent behavior. With two children, this is not
good. I am sure that a chat room is not enough for
you. You need to seek medical help for this before you
do something irreversible. And, you should know
whether or not you still have your ovaries. You should
find out, one way or the other.

There is one thing I can tell you about and that is an
item sold through Drugstore.com. It's called a Chillow
and slides into your pillowcase. It does help keep you
cooler. A good fan might help you there as well.

But, it sounds to me as though your hormones are doing
a real 'job' on you. So you really need to get this
seen to. I would also look into diet/nutrition. Look
online and that might be helpful as well.

I'm 54 and going through my own 'hell'. No PMS or
anything like that. Not even any 'pre signs' that a
period might be coming on, so I have to wear at least
a pad whenever I go out! I've had several 'marathon'
periods..like 6 weeks long and extremely heavy
bleeding...scary! But, from what I've learned, quite
common. So, the only comfort I can give you is at
least you're not getting periods anymore. I am SO
READY FOR THEM TO BE GONE FOREVER!!!

I wish you the best and hope that you find an answer
soon. But the doctor is the way for you to go, in my
opinion.

Regards,
Linda
