It really really does help to talk to someone who understands because she's been through it...menopause is hardly a laughing matter...it brings tears to the eyes...but not on a laughing note...

 

Oh I get the hot flushes when my period doesn't come just like you!!! And it's really horrible especially since I live in a tropical climate!

 

My back aches are very bad....and the neck is just horrible, I have to wear a neck brace/ cerebral colar to hold it up...

 

I have been taking remifemin, and it seemed to have helped take away the hot flushes, but now it's just not working anymore...

 

I get those horrible headaches- migranes and there's nothing I can do besides lie down until it goes away...

 

My memory plays tricks on me...I used to think that was age related but it's really about being menopausal...

 

Ringing in my ears- that's like a constant tune...
