The morbid thoughts.........hmmmmm, I never had them.
I am so sorry you are having to go thru this.
How old are you?
Are you in perimenopause (irregular periods)??
Are you in menopause (no periods)??
Do you have a balanced diet?
Drink lots of filtered water?
Do you make lists of things that need to be done..........? This is a good thing! It will set your mind at ease and you will be pleased with yourself each time you get to scratch something off of that list.
