I had endrometriosis also in my 30s and had a partial to stop the pain...which it did.
Sorry you are having incontinance problems.....thats a real problem...my mom has that.
You need to be on some sort of hormone therapy thou.
I understand that the patch had your legs swell.
I tried MANY prescription HRT and all of them made my joints swell and hurt. So I quit them all together like you did.
After about 6 months.....my husband begged me to find an alternative. I was yelling at him and my lovable cat....I was a aweful person to live with.
I now take natural hormone replacement therapy. Its called Changes 24. I tried a lot of different over the counter alternatives and they either worked for a couple of weeks or not at all.t
