Vicki,
the heart palpitations are part of menopause.......until you get your
complete hormones balanced this may continue.
taking black cohosh alone is not recommended by me.
i suggest a full compliment of natural hormones to balance the entire
system.......to take care of the night sweets, mood swings, heart
palpitations, pms, pms headaches, sleepless nights.......all menopause
associated symptoms.
i suggest one of two products below
hot mommies essential 3
www.herbals-unlimited.com/hotmommies.htm
changes 24
www.herbals-unlimited.com/changes24.htm
i have tried both and am presently taking the changes 24 pills and
lotion..........without it i am back to all my menopause symptoms.
let me know if you have more questions.
Email me anytime :>)
God Bless
Trish
