Hey, everybody! Just joined the group and wanted some
advice/opinions...

I am 37 and have been experiencing menopausal symptoms for at least 5
years, after the birth of our 4th child. My period had stopped in
January of this year. I took Prempro for about 3 months and
discontinued taking it because it was not helping with severe heart
palpitations (had a stress test done 3 years ago, thinking I was
having a heart attack) I started taking Black Cohosh twice a day,
worked great! No more heart palpitations...however...just the last 4
or 5 days i have had a debilitating headache starting at the base of
my skull. I have checked out several sites online and this has been
experienced by others as a side effect of the Black Cohosh. And on
top of that, I have the period from hell (severe bleeding, just like
they were before they "stopped" in January). Anyone have any similar
problems with Black Cohosh? Any suggestions for a replacement? Thanks!
