Trish, thanks for your response. All the things you mentioned are the things I
do not want to deal with. I already have arthritis which I deal with daily and
I'm not going to complicate that! My mother has osteoprosis and already
stooped over because of spine curvature.....so I started the calcium regime
three years ago. However, my daughter is a nurse in a OB/GYN office and
estrogen therapy is their answer for me. I will be looking at your website
today, but know that you have encouraged me that I'm not an idiot! I'll be in
