The downside of HRT

Hi Judy,

From my stand point and what I have experienced is
weight gain and pain and swelling in my joints.

If you can get your hands on the PDR (physicians desk
reference).....you can peak at them in
Walgreens/Eckards...you local drug store. Look
up...premerin, estrace, estrodoriol, prempro
etc.....look at all the side effects......its mind
boggeling.

As for me.......I was only on HRT for like 6
months......gained weight .......my arthritis kicked
up its heels, my joints looked like ballons.....my
butt and stomach was getting bigger by the week.

So I got off of HRT and found Bio Essence For Women.
I have been on Bio Essence For Women for I think at
least 3 years now.......no weight gain,,,,,,no more
mood swings........i now have a want to be with my
husband........i dont yell or cry at everything
anymore......i get a sounder sleep.

One draw back with Bio Essence For Women is that it
does not protect your bones........so I take 1200mg of
Calcium with D daily and try to excercise ....daily
to protect my bones.

Also drink lots of water thru out the day......that
helps keep your skin young and helps your muscles stay
flexable.......we are made up of 70% water.

Here is where you can find Bio Essence For Women at my
web site. There is also a link to menopause
articles..read those too.

Any questions? Please feel free to email me.
