My worst symptom for menopause if insomnia. I've tried
passionflower tea, progesterone cream, vitex, premain, an assortment
of soy products, and most recently estrogel. Most of these worked
for 2-3 weeks and then I'm back to not sleeping. I don't like
taking sleeping pills, but they are the only thing that always
works. I've stopped taking sleeping pills 3-4 months ago. I only
took them once every 3 days. Does anyone know why stuff will work
for a few weeks and then quit? I'm 52 and never had trouble
sleeping before menopause, ugh.
