Never heard of maca maca.

Premarin did not help me at all.
Actually Right now I take a very low dose of Estrace and 2 caplets of Bio
Essence for Women (Phytoestrogens from plants) daily and it seems to have
all of my menopause symptoms under control.

I have also added Regener 8 to my regimen and my last bone scan said my
spine is my back has went back to a normal reading instead of being the
beginning signs of osteoporosis.
I did not relies it but the right up says that Regener 8 may help bone loss
in the spine......it did mine :>)

When I miss taking my Bio Essence for Women I get hot flashes and mood
swings back...... I don't forget to take it :>)

Yes I do know what it is made of after doing some
research on it! The Dr just told me I may have breast
swelling . I already have joint pain so if it gets
worse Ill go back to him. I noticed that my pulse was
elavated last night after taking the first dose. I
didnt know if I should take in morning or night. I
just want to try something I tried natural - maca maca
and it didnt change anything. Besides I like horses
hahahahaha just a joke! Was this the only benefit/
