I have had hot flashes for a few years. My mood swings have become quite
drastic in the last six months. Instead of unleashing them on anyone - I
retire to my bed. I have a good handle on them most of the time. In the
last three months I have cried at work twice. I never have done that before
and it is quite embarrassing and frustrating for me. My period comes when
it wants to these days.
