I'm not sure that I can commit to caffeine, though. Just trying to be

Sounds like you are in perimenopause, That is where you have your period AND menopause symptoms. For PMS try a calming tea. You may find that your hot flashes...

Trish, Chamomile tea is very calming you may want to try that. Also adding lavender oil to your bath water may help a great deal also. Donna ... From: "Trish"...
