hi i have been diagnosed with meniere's and not sure what this all entails
my mother suffered from this before she passed away 7 years ago
i have had tinnius for many years and bouts of vertigo but now i am going dizzy
every night
when i lay down to sleep i lay still and the spinning stops and i go to sleep
im on tablets from my doctor and have to see him again in two weeks to check how
things are going
im under a lot of stress at the moment and have read that dosent help
not sure were i go from here can anyone help
