Dear Barbara,
Welcome to this wonderful site. I have gotten so much out of it! So
sorry you have this crummy disease but this is the place to vent and feel
better.

hi i have been diagnosed with meniere's and not sure what this all entails

This is my reply below!

It seems to affect everyone differently but we all seem to have vertigo
off
and on, nausea off and on and now I have what I call helium head, brain
fog, and disequilibrium. I am not so dizzy at the moment but the walls and
door jambs seem to reach out and get me. I am listing to the right side. I
have had this stuff for years and was into denial that it had gone away
since
I hadn't had a "spell" for 2 and a half years and boom, here it came. I
have been dealing with it since the second week in January. I now have
good
days and bad and am so thankful to have good ones! I walked this morning
but
was unable to yesterday, go figure!

my mother suffered from this before she passed away 7 years ago
i have had tinnius for many years and bouts of vertigo but now i am going
dizzy every night
when i lay down to sleep i lay still and the spinning stops and i go to
sleep
im on tablets from my doctor and have to see him again in two weeks to
check how things are

This is my reply below!

Hopefully in two weeks: 1. The tablets are helping and 2. He will give you
more answers and give you some help! Will be thinking of you and praying
that in two weeks you get some relief! Love and hugs, Lou in California

going
im under a lot of stress at the moment and have read that dosent help
not sure were i go from here can anyone help
barbara
