I can relate to your situation. I found I also had diabetes 3 weeks
ago, in addition to the menieres. They put me on a drug that gave a
me a allergic reaction.
I went off the drug, bought about 7 books on diabetes and am
following a vegatarian diet. Since doing the diet I have lost 10 lbs
and my fasting glucose numbers have returned to below 110! I believe
the key to the change is getting rid of the fat. There is no better
way to get rid of fat but on a vegen diet.
