I used to use Rhinocort to treat fullness of my ear which I started
experiencing when I was pregnant. It's basically the same as any other
nasal Rx sprays is what the doc told me. It worked for me. Maybe I
should think about using it again for my Meniere's huh?

But I don't think it works instantly as you describe. You need to take
it for a few days to really get the full benefit. FYI
