Hello Group!

I haven't posted anything of late, because frankly, nothing has
changed for me. I am not getting any better. Last week I went to a
"specialist" who placed me on a low sodium (a minimum of 1500 mg
daily) diet for six months. Have any of you been on the diet? If so,
what was the outcome? Are you better, worse, no different? Please
let me hear from you!!!

... a ... so, ... Hello All, HUbby was diagnosed about 10yrs. ago with Meniers disease about 10yrs ago. Last year we went to Low Sodium and Caffeen diet....

for the most part the low sodium does work.........but i wasnt ever able to do even that much per day. i did 500 mg or less per day and i was ok but...

Most docs put Menieres patients on low-sodium diets. In most cases it helps. For some people it does not. I follow low-sodium guidelines most of the time....
