Subject: How much is a yiest cake?
Date: Fri, 19 Jan 2001 18:38:40 +0100
Just a question to perhaps simplify the process in the kitchen...
How large a quantity is one cake/package or so forth of yiest by
our common standards. Where I live we buy 50 grams per
package. It's alive, and probably much better than the freezedried
- but how much do you actually use in the recipe for MAHDZOON
BREAD?
Helena, Denmark.

Helena ,
thank's for the message, you are completly wright about the fresh
yiest, it's really better. Now if you use this one then 40 gr are
enough, 50gr of dried yiest will do the job
