Charles. Step one, stop treating others, good choice. Step two, self regulation
therapy, root yourself and get out of the upper dantien. step three. continue
self regulation therapy to root and stabilize, maybe less dynamic training and
more sitting meditaions. Step four. Get a new teacher or establish yourself with
