Dear Everyone,

Recently I went to a friend's house to give her
a Qigong treatment (I'm a student in Suzanne's
year-long program at AIMC). She also asked me
if I would also work on her dog, who is getting older
and has arthritis in her legs. The dog has a
prominent limp and is often in discomfort.

Today she told me that a few days later, the
dog was able to go for a 90-min walk with a
family member -- not something the dog can usually do.

It was interesting to work on an animal. The
dog was friendly enough, but it was a challenge
sometimes to get her to stay still long enough!

Has anyone else had experience treating animals?

Best wishes,

Rene

Actually, there are vets who are trained to do acupuncture on animals, but I guess it just depends on what kind of vet you're dealing with. I have some...
