Re: [medicalerrors-solutions] Re: malpractice crisis.. look at figures here

Perhaps someday the right insurance company will find the solution.   Check out www.copic.com

In my opinion, this is the best insurer out there for providers.   I was impressed with their site back in 98, now I am also impressed with them as a company.

[medicalerrors-solutions] Re: malpractice crisis.. look at figures here

But you keep insinuating that the insurance companies are greedy. Are you
saying now that it is the trial lawyers who are raking in the bucks and that the
insurance companies are simply forced to pick up the tab?

If the insurance companies are to blame it would surely not escape the
attention of the doctors, since they pay the premiums. Yet the doctors
understand that it is the lawyers, not the insurance companies, that are to
blame for this fiasco. These are the same cretins who made billions off of the
tobacco settlements and are now suing the fast food companies for "forcing"
people to get fat.

We know who is getting fat off of this corrupt liability system.

Please not liability costs and who is getting the money, it sure is not the victims of medical errors. http://www.ama-assn.org/ama/pub/article/6282-5928.html ...
