Wow! I knew I lived in a very unhealthy state but hadn't seen these figures. WV people are poor, eat all the wrong things because of their incomes and thus have multiple health problems. Worse yet, many do not qualiy for any health care assistance. There is now a CHIP program for children, however we have suddenly come up low on money for the state and CHIP may be one of the programs cut.
