"class act" v/s the "open mind"

Barry:

You never stop to amaze me, definitely you are a c l a s s act! You use terminology as "open mind" and "incompetent doctors" [what about the criminal negligent (it is my understanding that you know the difference), who disguise themselves under a white uniform, who do not stop at the harm that they caused, but proceed to cover their actions with FRAUD, who "think" that they can get away with. . . ?] but it does not cut the mustard. If you really think that, at the present time, in the clinical landscape there is such a thing as the "open mind" process, then why so many people, i.e., let's take into consideration the IOM's report, which states that approximately 44000 to 88,000 people die each year (I trust that, at this time, it not necessary to elaborate about those who are MAIMED for life,) due to "errors/mistakes", yet the "open mind" process must confront the thick WALL of SILENCE, again and again? Therefore, while your elaborate eloquence could be very palatable, I DO NOT BUY IT, . . . you ought to look at the FACTS, before you talk about the "open mind" process. I hope I made myself clear!!!

Thank you,

Rosario
