Foods Acid Reflux Sufferers Should Avoid

What acid reflux foodstuffs must I ban? The greater part of acid reflux sufferers are perplexed by this question. Changes in lifestyle and diet are seen to be natural components of any long-term holistic GERD treatment and are also inseparable. A preference for healthy foods and selective nutrition to increase the suitable and decrease the unsuitable can bring long-term health benefits to acid reflux sufferers.

Reducing consumption of unsuitable foods and adopting new dietary habits particularly to help digestion for acid reflux sufferers could bring about a hugely positive effect on your current condition of gastro esophageal reflux disease. The food we eat is determinant in the maintenance of the delicate and natural internal equilibrium of our bodies. Certain dietary habits and nutrition have been found to contribute indirectly or directly to the worsening of GERD.

Mesothelioma Information - Basics

Mesothelioma is a type of cancer that is usually caused by previous exposure to asbestos. It is actually one of the deadliest diseases known to man and is affecting approximately 3,000 U.S. citizens every year. The cycle starts when someone inhales the dust particles of decomposing asbestos. This essentially eats the lining of your lungs, turning into a deadly form of cancer. After exposure, malignant cells begin to develop in the mesothelium. This is a protective lining that covers most of the body's internal organs.

Hello all! :)

I have a 7 year old daughter who is with me only every other weekend
and for a few weeks a year.

In the past (when me and my ex were together) my daughter has a lot
of ear infections and other issues. After a lot of time and trouble
we got rid of our beagle thinking he may be the reason for all her
ENT problems.

Fast forward about4 years and I now have 2 dogs (Toy Terriers). I am
having some trouble figuring out if my daughters recent little
sniffles are the cause of them or something else.

For example. She is with me all this week. She was fine for the
first 4 days and on the 5th day... her nose starts running, etc.

Is it even possible for an allergy to take 5 days of exposure to the
allergen to have an effect. Meaning it is not my dogs at all?

Anyone help me here without having to take her to the doctor?

Thanks!

I am a 20 year old female, and i have been diagnosed with kidney
stones after many visits in agonizing pain to the E.R.!!! I have now
learned that it is stuck in my ureter tube and is about the size of a
pen tip. My doctor thinks that surgery may be the route we will have
to go but we wont know for sure until next week. We are hoping that I
pass it before then, and if I havent then next week I will go for
another cat scan and see where it is at now. If it is still giving me
pain and it hasnt moved I can either wait for it to move naturally,
how ever long it takes, or we can do surgery.
SO.... what I would like to know is what some of you who have
had/have kidney stones think, and for some people ( women only m) to
tell me about their experiences with the surgery ( Pain level,
mobility after surgery, any bad things that happened, and how long you
were hospitalized after surgery, etc. ) and to hear some of you
stories about getting the stent pulled out!! ( Pain level, comfort
{did you feel it in you}, etc. ) so any info I can get would be
greatly appreciated!!!!!!! I am verry scared and very nervous, so
please help me!! THank You, KALEY

under the topic of forums.

Hi. I have written 3 previous replies that say they have been
posted. But I do not see them so will try again.

I am a fellow sufferer and have gotten excellent help from:
www.morgellons-research.org or email the Director and researcher
at: marc@.... Marc is also a sufferer so he understands the
agony we endure, minute-to-minute, every day.

His site will give you excellent information on the disease as well
as holistic and medical protocols for fighting the internal
parasites.

The DSP Cream will give you nearly instant relief from the crawling
and stinging sensations. It is unbelievable! The cream not only
soothes but it eradicates the parasites on and under the skin. With
the cream, you WILL be able to function and sleep and do all you
need to do to fight this disease!

I really hope you can try the cream. I want to help you the way I
have been helped. If you have any more questions, please contact
me. Another great thing about this site is that Marc will help you,
if you have other questions or concerns.

I pray for all of us every day.

Janet

Is there any help out there for this horrible thing that is going
on? Three years ago I began coming down with what I thought was a
virus. I was tired all the time, I had pain all over my body and
sores were breaking out all over me. The sores bothered me terribly
and out of them I could pull something white and sometimes blue.
The sores were leaving my body very scarred.
As my disease progressed I became worse and worse. I no longer
could stay out of bed more than a few hours at a time and a crawling
sensation had begun to bother me. I even told my wife, "I think
these things are alive."
Now, three year later I came across this "Morgellen's" and it seem
to be exactly what I have. All of the symptoms are there and
getting worse daily. I now cannot leave the house more than once or
twice a month and am plagued with the crawling 24/7.
I am at my wits end and don't know which way to turn. I've been to
many doctors that tell me it's "all in my head" and have used every
cream, ointment, spray and any other first aid I can find. Nothing
seems to help.
I am going mad with the pain, itching and crawling. Is there anyone
out there that knows something one can use to at least give some
comfort? I no longer sleep at night but a few hours after complete
exhaustion. God Help Us

Here's what a friend had to say on this topic.

"Acupuncture is often effective for shingles, for reasons that are
only partially understood. In most states, practitioners are required
to be licensed and to have completed several years of training. In
California, four years are required. "Training" of course, is not the
same as thinking, so quality cannot be easily predicted. An
acupuncture college probably has some well qualified acupuncturists on
it's staff. They often supervise students in their clinical
experience. In general, being treated by a student under supervision
is OK. The needling is the easiest part to learn. The prescriptions,
which the clinic director gives, are what's most important."

Morgellons Disease has been added to Medconsumer.info
http://www.medconsumer.info/topics/morgellons.htm. This is another
disease like Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS)
http://www.medconsumer.info/topics/mcs.htm that is not recognized by
the U.S. medical establishment. These diseases cause thousands of
people extreme pain and suffering and little nothing is being done to
help them. One news story about Morgellons Disease tells of a man who
committed suicide because he couldn't stand the pain.

If you read the articles and listen to the video stories carefully you
will hear the same kind of rhetoric coming from the U.S. medical
establishment that women have heard for ages. If they don't know what
you are suffering from, they shift the blame to you. One woman
described doctors telling her that she was mentally ill because they
couldn't diagnose Morgellons Disease.
