Hi Vicky
I looked into Woodstock because we found a house there but found that there were many issues with all of their schools and the person who is the Autism specialist is very new with little experience.
I found her not to be very informed and also only willing do work with the state guidelines and not with what
we have found that has worked with our nine yr old son since he's been in ECE.
As a parent who has had to struggled to get the resources I have in Cary we had no desire to start over
with a school that is just learning what they need to do.
Also I have a sister who lives in Woodstock and her son is in a gifted program and they just found out the funding is ending for that plus she'e been having prolems with bullying issues since her son started in the school
system there.
Be very careful they do not have a very good track record with controling and maintaining a safe school enviorment .
My teachers at my school in Cary said that They would not put their children in those schools and that I should think about putting my kids there.
Good luck with your choices.
