Hello to you all! My name is Sonja and I'm new to the group. I'm
currently on the eighth day of my second round and I have lost 25
pounds so far. I would love to lose about 100+. I started out at 285.
To comment on a few of the posts, I eat which ever salad dressing I
want that is not fat free or low fat. I have had French, Thousand
Island, Ranch, and Catalina. I can't tell that it makes any
difference and it gives me more variety. I eat til I'm full, but not
stuffed. I sometimes eat more than two eggs and bacon for breakfast
and occasionally I make it sort of an omlett by adding cheese, green
onions, tomatoes, and chopped ham or bacon.
Vegetable variety seems to be the biggest problem for me. I love
vegetables, but I seem to have a hard time trying to figure out new
or different veggies to eat that are not restricted. The copy I have
states NO CARROTS, but I have seen a version that says carrots are
acceptable. I skip them since my copy says NO. Any suggestions for
more veggies than what's on the list?
