Hi. I'm new here, and thinking about trying this diet. The thing is,
I go to school. And it's hard for me to have time for breakfast. And
it's hard for me to plan lunch. Basically, I never eat breakfast or
lunch on weekdays, then go home and eat and eat and eat all night and
all weekend. My problem is that I need to break the cycle, but I just
can't do it. Any suggestions?
