I have so many questions??

I'm new to the diet just started today. I was
wondering though, is cheese allowed (added to meat or
eggs)? And on the diet it says meat any style, exactly
what does that mean? Can I marinate it or add barbeque
sauce, or are toppings even allowed? Or is it just meat,
salt, pepper, etc? This is also weighing on my mind. Is
juice = to 4oz or 8oz? And when we are cooking are we
only allowed to cook in butter or can it be in oil?
Well I suppose that is all I have for now. Thank you
very much. <br>S Garza
