Please observe our potluck guidelines:

• Bring your own eating bowl or plate and serving and eating utensils.
• Bring a dish of fruits and vegetables, enough to feed several people.
• If you bring a dish with nuts, seeds, avocado or coconut, do not mix it with sweet fruit except acid fruits such as oranges and pineapple.
• Avoid strong herbs, salt and spices; plain is best.
• Make it fresh, simple, raw and organic.
• One kind of whole fruit is fine — simple is best; no need to process the food.
• Please arrive on time so we can share the food together.
