I am sorry I have been missing out on the Sunday chats, perhaps next
week I can sign in.  I have been feeling kind of lousy lately and
going thru some tests etc...so by the time Sunday night rolls around

Well, another week has gone by and it is time for Sunday night chat

Actually I know what you are going through, my daughter is nine and I found out when she was just eight months old that she has marfans, it seems so scary at first, but once you get to know more about it, you will see that it is so manageable. Marfs live long lives now thanks to the great technology. Definately see the cardiologist, most people with marfans have mitral vavle prolapse, and the aortic dialation, these will need to be monitored very often. The surgeries that they perform to fix these problems, are usually very effective. Come to a Sunday night chat here, we have it from 8-11pm eastern time. Some nights are slow, but I am always there the whole time. Also check out the links we have at our site, for more information, they will help you see that many people have it, and they live great lives. Feel free to email me anytime with any questions, I have been researching Marfans now for ten years. I have learned a great deal, although, I find there is always more to learn. Hi everyone, it is Tuesday and time for chat.  I took my final last
