Yep, Jan 7, 2008 was the day I had my chest cut open, and had my root
replaced. Must have worked, as I am still alive.. One year ago
today, I was suffering quite badly though, as they quit giving me pain
meds because my blood pressure was too low for their comfort.
Luckily, by day 3, It wasn't quite as painful. OH THE MEMORIES.

Surgery done at U of Michigan, with Dr. Deeb. Good place to go.
Follow up appointments to see just how successful are scheduled middle
January.

Thanks to this support group, I was mentally prepared for my surgery.
If you are having issues, I recommend that you join us in the chat
room. Information is regularly posted for the chats. Speak to those
