Has anyone heard this?  My moms doctor told her today that they are very close to finding a cure for marfans.  They said that in the next few years there will be a cure.  They found that the cause is a missing enzyme.  And all that will be needed to cure it is to take a pill once a day to get the enzyme in our bodies.  Anyone heard of this?
