I will cut out junk food and let you know. ALSO I FEED MY MIND WITH
PRAISE MUSIC ...SONGS TO GOD, GOSPEL AND CHRISTIAN MUSIC. THAT HAS
PROBABLY BEEN THE BIGGEST HELP IN MY MENTAL STATE. THE RAP AND MINDLESS
ROCK AND RB POISIONS THE MIND. Listen to the words and you will see
the negativity in it or the delusions in it. If you disagree with my
letletter, That is OK, no need to write back to let me know that you or
anywone was insulted or offended. I expect it. Anyway, I see an
improvement in my thinking and behavior since I elimiated rap and R and
B and Rock Music.
